De la dictadura a la democracia.

Sé que muchos no están interesados en la situación actual que estamos viviendo en el mundo y específicamente en nuestro país, sé que muchos lo están pero se sienten oprimidos por la impotencia y sé que varios ni siquiera conocen o tienen noción sobre el momento por el que estamos pasando.

Yo no soy un activista ni un líder de ningún grupo ni de ningún tipo, soy igual que ustedes mis amigos y familiares y no les estoy pidiendo que tomemos armas e iniciemos una revolución, sin embargo creo que muchos compartimos un ideal y ese es el de no quedarnos callados ni conformes con las ideas que nos venden y nos imponen a diario, ya sea por parte de un sistema gubernamental, religioso o medio de comunicación.

Compartimos ese ideal de creer lo que queremos creer y decidir por nosotros mismos y lo reflejamos en la mùsica que escuchamos, ya sea rock, heavy metal, reggae, punk o ska, que son géneros musicales que que defienden y promueven la  protesta y la libertad de expresión; en los libros que leémos, nos recomiendan o recomendamos; en las películas que vemos en linea, en el cine o compramos en el supermercado; en los artistas y personalides que admiramos y seguimos su trabajo como material de motivación y superación personal.

Soy un ciudadano joven que poco a poco comienza a tomar conciencia sobre la situación opresora de la que éste país ha sido víctima desde muchos años atrás y que si algún día mostré una actitud de apatía e indiferencia ante ello, hoy digo que me arrepiento y me retracto y debo confesar que estoy preocupado.

Nuestra sociedad ha sido acallada y reprimida a lo largo de los años pero sin embargo hoy en día tenemos una ventaja sobre ese sistema opresor y represor, hoy tenemos la tecnología para divulgar nuestras ideas, comunicar y dar a conocer al resto del mundo lo que verdaderamente pasa en éste nuestro país; contamos con internet, redes sociales, chats y numerosos sitios web en donde podeemos divulgar día con día de los acontecimientos que el gobierno y los medios de comunicación tratan de censurar en los sistemas públicos como televisión, periódicos y sitios web oficiales del gobierno.

Mi petición es que no se queden callados y divulguen, hablen y si la situación lo amerita, griten, ya que cuando alguien no puede ser escuchado se debe gritar.
